Set up to meet with Rob Bauer at Toyota of Richardson. I was met promptly and Rob was OUTSTANDING! The car I inquired about was waiting and we took a test ride - all went very well and Rob took care of any questions I had, was thorough in answering them, and went through all the paperwork easily. (Thanks, Rob, I hate that part!) Very nice experience all around and thanks again, Rob, for a great car buying experience!

JP was great.
JP was great. Really listened to what I wanted and was trying to do. Made everything work out perfectly. After the sale, I had an issue with the temporary tag getting lost/stolen and he jumped right on that to fix the situation. Would definitely go back to JP for my next purchase and highly recommend him.

I used to be a loyal customer of this service shop and
I used to be a loyal customer of this service shop and would recommend them to any Toyota owner. But after the shop refused to honor a lifetime warranty for tint on a vehicle that was purchased at Toyota of Richardson (just down the street) I can no longer recommend them to anyone. This shop used to take pride in being a 5 star service center. If I could give 0 stars I would. Toyota owners, do NOT take your vehicle here.
