The experience exceeded my wildest expectations!!! Even though I'm a woman, I felt nothing but respect and courtesy, unlike at other dealerships. The process was fast and stress-free. Brian Johnson and Tracy Brown were such a pleasure to work with, please ask for them! (And don't get me started on the amazing deal and the car's perfect confirm). Bravo!

Added $1,695 upcharge to used car quote

We visited Toyota of Richardson to look at a specific used car they had just received in inventory. The salesperson we were assigned allowed us to test drive the car and answered the questions we had. After driving the car and sitting with the salesperson we made a verbal offer on the car. Salesperson left to speak with a sales manager, and came back with a written document for the advertised asking price of the car, plus an upcharge of $1,695. When we asked what this was for he stated "an extra key, floormats, and service". I was quite surprised at this ploy to add profit to the dealership; adding almost 9% to the advertised price of the car is shady practice in my opinion. We thanked him for his time and left the dealership. We won't be back, and I wouldn't recommend this dealership to others.

The sales manager reached out to me the next day, so I've spoken with the dealership and expressed my concerns. Nothing further was offered, and we won't be back.

Super NICE, love my car!!!

Would definitely recommend this dealership!! My salesman was knowledgeable about the cars and really nice I looked at 2 before I found THE ONE because I wasn't really sure about what I wanted. The process was smooth and hassle free.
