I bought my first car here, and about 9 months later...

I bought my first car here, and about 9 months later traded it in ion a new vehicle, the second round I got great interest rates, and both times I received amazing service. These people really seem to care for their customers. I will definitely be going back, hopefully not soon though.

I was very pleased with my visit to Toyota of Richardson....

I was very pleased with my visit to Toyota of Richardson. Everyone was nice especially Mr. Jones. He was patient, listened to my needs and I walked out of there with what I wanted. I have and will continue to recommend Toyota of Richardson and Mr. Jones to anyone who is looking for a car. I don't remember the names of everyone else that helped me that day but everyone was very nice and helpful.

Theo is a cool, no pressure type of guy. I went to look...

Theo is a cool, no pressure type of guy. I went to look at specific truck and that’s what I was shown, did not try to upsell or show me others which is definitely appreciated. The used truck did have a couple of issues i noticed after the first drive home, which Can be expected with a used vehicle, but he Made sure to set an appointment to get it serviced and got me a loaner in the meantime. So far, the dealership has been responsive and easy to work with. If possible, I’ll provide an update after the truck gets finished up.
