Dealership experience was would you expect from a well established institute. I didn't really get the impression that they were trying to haggle every dollar, but they still will try to settle for more. The Sales rep., Robert Alicea, was very helpful and receptive to my questions. As a first time car buyer, I felt his information wasn't misleading. I've done plenty of research before going in, so I would be able to tell if he were trying to set me up for a worse deal. He won't pressure you into making a deal, and respects if you aren't ready or want to think things through. Still you should be able to guide the conversation and know what information you want to get out of the sales rep.
