I am Very disappointed with this dealership. I called and left 2 messages, 1 for service manager, 1 with technician and also spoke with operator and she said someone would call me back? My concern was regarding service 10/30:19 for oil change and tire rotation. Tires we not rotated?

Toyota of Richardson has been the best dealer I have used. We have 2 Toyotas that we purchased and serviced with them. Lee Schuster is the best service writer. I would highly recommend.
