I would like to say big thank you to Jerry and Terry for an awesome price they promised to give it to me. It was fast and quick transaction and went very well. Terry Torbet and Lee Schuster

Terry Torbet (sales) and Lee Schuster (service area) have made my dealings with Toyota of Richardson a five star experience over the last ten years and three cars. Terry worked for me in getting me the best possible trade in and new car price. Lee has always been up front in the service area. You hear horror stories about NOT taking your car to dealers for service...........not Toyota of Richardson. I have complete trust in Lee. Gerald Ware

We’ve been going here for over 10 years and find it meets our needs well . Staff is professional & helpful. We often wait for our car to be serviced, so that the comfort of the waiting areas is appreciated as well as the coffee, cookies or donuts.

Friendly staff. The service advisor was very helpful. Took ownership of the vehicle diagnostics and provided timely feedback. Showed genuine concern for safety and gave step by step explanation of the diagnostics. Excellent customer service. Very satisfied with service provided
