Amazing service!

Richard was amazing! He went out of his way and I really appreciated his hard work I had a screw in my tire and it had to be replaced. He went out of his way to make sure that I received the best deal that I could. He also helped my sync my phone where no one else could figure out what was going on

Do not trust this dealership!!!!!!!!!!

I cannot stress enough, anyone that plans on buying a car from this dealership, PLEASE either voice record or video tape your ENTIRE visit. One of the finance guys Syed Ali tried to scam me out of extra money for coverages I was not actually getting. Luckily I had friends at other Toyota dealers that looked over my paperwork, and noticed some very serious problems. When confronted, the assistant finance director Mo Sherbi just covered for Syed, and speaking with the GM Brad Clark was no help either. None of them would except responsibility for the felonious dealer fraud that was committed. It would be better to not do business with them at all, but if you are, PROTECT yourself and record EVERYTHING!!!! Verbal lies do not go on their paperwork, so in their mind, it didnt happen.

BUYER BEWARE!!!

Buying a vehicle.

Awesome 1st time buyer experience

This was a great experience, I went to many dealerships but this was by far the best and most helpful.As a first time buyer I appreciated how my needs were listened to by the salesman Yony T and he was absolutely instrumental in making the car buying process easier ,explaining in great detail everything I needed to understand

Fantastic Service

The entire experience was fantastic. My first time there and Doug's help makes me want to continue getting my car serviced there. Everyone was super nice and knowledgeable. Couldn't have had a better and more pleasant experience anywhere else. Great job everyone!

Toyota Of Richardson

Jake Hall from Sales is very knowledge on current Toyota models and is extremely professional and laid back. I've bought a few new cars from Park Place Lexus and expect a high level of service from Lexus. I was curious to see how the sales experience was going to be from Toyota. I was truly surprised on the level of communication, ease of negotiation of a fair deal, and efficiency of the sales process. Overall a very positive sales buying experience. Great job Jake!

Amazing Team

The team was amazing. I went to other Toyota dealers and I didn't get the same great experience that I got at Toyota of Richardson. Hands down the sales guys, finance guy, the sales manager, and the even the GM all made us feel welcome. It also felt great to drive off with such a great ride and to get it at such a great price. I will be back soon for a second car and I will make sure to let all my friends know about the great experience I had.
