Oil change
I took my car for an oil change and as it turned out it needed drive belt and some other services! I’m pretty much happy with the service and with Jason in particular. He wasn’t trying to make me do the service he recommended.

Horn fixed on 2011 Tundra
My horn quit working on an 8+ year old truck. I took it to a local repair shop prior to taking it to Toyota of Richardson and they kept the vehicle overnight before they finally gave up on fixing it. They didn’t charge me for their time which was nice. ToR has it back to me by the end of the day with the horn working.

Bait and Switch... Dishonest Dealership...
Dealership is not honest. My niece went in for an internet priced and well equipped Rav4 came away with higher priced less equipped Rav4. I can only wonder how many other women have been taken advantage of with bait and switch type tactics. A terrible experience for a first time new car buyer.

The Best Service for Your Toyota!
Lee is the best Service Consultant to work with, and got everything done for my waiter appt in 3 hours, for my 5K mile service and reapplying Zaktek, which made the exterior finish look just like the day I picked it up my car almost 7 months ago!!

Friendly, fast, and complete service
I was greeted with a smile within seconds of my arrival , with several cars ahead of me. The friendly rep brought Lee promptly, and I had very little waiting time for anything. Lee listened to my service requests attentively and honored all my requests (above and beyond). I was very satisfied with the work done and the final cost. Mostly, I am happy that lee is honest and dependable, as well as competent.

Great
Great experience. Patrick McClenan sold me a great truck with exactly what I wanted on it, and we were able to stay in budget. He was friendly, polite, knowledgeable and established rapport immediately. No pressure at all. And Mostafa in Finance was very easy to deal with. Got me in and out quickly, worked with me to add a warranty within my means and was pleasent to work with. I put off buying a truck because I find the process tedious. But this was not tedious at all. I’m glad I came in.

Great and prompt service
Lee Schuster did great service on vehicle. Prompt service, vehicle was ready sooner than expected. Costs were reasonable for A/C work performed. A/C working perfectly now and it is cold too.

Taking care of the problem.
Taking care of the problem. Earlier today I presented Mr. Rodrigo Carone, assistant service manager at Toyota of Richardson, with an issue concerning an older vehicle (a 2006 Tundra), I had just purchased from an individual. (But before getting to the business of it all, this gentleman was the first one who asked me if I had been helped and with that, offered me a drink of water).The remote device I had received with this truck was bad and so I sought a new one. His initial effort indicated that such a device was no longer available, but he kept on searching until he found one and was able to resolve my problem. This did not involve a newer vehicle or even one I had purchased from Toyota of Richardson, but that did not detract Mr. Carone from giving me the best service possible. I very much appreciated the professional, unbiased treatment I received from Mr. Carone. Keep up the great work!
