Lee Schuster excellent service manager
I have been using Toyota of Richardson for 17 years for service and repairs for my 2002 4 Runner. In those 17 years I have encountered many service managers and have not been happy with many of them. However, this time I selected Lee Schuster as my service manager. He is the best service rep that I have worked with. He is professional, knowledgeable, and honest!. He is the reason that I will continue bringing this old 4Runner in for service and repair.

All around nice staff and excellent customer service. The services guy i had the pleasure helping me was Scott very nice/knowledgeable I would recommend him to anyone in my family or my friends that owners a Toyota.

Fast, Efficient
I worked with the used car team initially and then over to the new car department. Both Aaron and Lonnie were very professional and helpful in finding the car we wanted, whether new or used. Once we found the exact car we were looking for, they were fast and efficient in getting the deal done. This might have been the least amount of time I have ever spent at a dealership with purchasing a car. Thank you Lonnie and Aaron. My son loves his new car!

Pretty good service
Shop was closed so had to leave car and drop key at the box. Called first thing in the morning explaining what the problem was. Dave Walc called for more info said will call back at 11AM it’s monday kind busy. I did not get call at promised so I called and he called back in half an hour. They could not find the problem on my first complaint but my AC need some freeon. The car was ready in the afternoon.

Super impressed
I have a lot of history with the car dealership world and I have to say this experience was better then any I have ever had. Tracy Brown helped me with the sale and Mustafa helped me with the financing. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Good service, poor warranty coverage sold by used cars
It was good service, but I felt very underserved by the financial group who basically under sold me a warranty for my used vehicle that didn’t provide sufficient coverage. I would advise people to buy the car there, but finance it elsewhere.

Great experience
Neal was exceptionally helpful, kind and attentive. I also appreciated Aaron’s help. A very good experience all around. Everyone understood my needs and was willing to negotiate.

All personnel were very helpful.
Signage to the service center could be better on the access road of 75. But once you've found it, the service was very good.
