I made the mistake of purchasing a brand new 2026 Z71
I made the mistake of purchasing a brand new 2026 Z71 Suburban from Friendly Chevrolet. The salesman did an excellent job selling me on the exceptional customer service I would receive when my vehicle needed maintenance. Unfortunately, this turned out to be nothing more than a sales tactic. After only a few months of ownership, I began experiencing issues stemming from poor manufacturing craftsmanship. I brought the vehicle in for service and was told the issues had been fixed, tested, and resolved. No loaner car was offered, and when I later inquired, I was told there is a three-month wait for one. Friendly Chevrolet made zero effort to provide any alternative mode of transportation while my vehicle has been with them. When I picked up my vehicle, the main issue persisted immediately and the other items hadn't even been addressed. I called the service advisor to witness the problem firsthand, which he did, acknowledged, and documented. The vehicle has now been at the dealership for another week with zero correspondence from their team, despite my repeated calls and voicemails. When I finally reached the Sales Manager and expressed my frustration, he relayed the service department's response: the vehicle "functions as designed." This is simply not true. They are now keeping the vehicle for yet another week, still without providing a loaner or an alternative mode of transportation. I have emailed the owner of the dealership with zero acknowledgement or response. Their team seems to want to provide excuses for why the vehicle is malfunctioning the way it is, including "the vehicle is hand made and is subject to human errors during the build process." I left the dealership thinking I was purchasing a dependable brand new vehicle for my family and for work commutes, but instead, I have been left without a vehicle for weeks at a time with zero effort or help by the dealership to accommodate this inconvenience. I do not recommend purchasing a vehicle from Friendly Chevrolet.

It includes window tint, dent repair for 1 year, Perma-Safe for 1 year, and Ikon vehicle security. This package costs $1,395 and said it was required to sell the vehicle. This add on wasn't included in their advertised price on their website, or on CarGurus. 2.) They indicated to get the $5,000 advertised rebate, the vehicle has to be financed with GM Financial. Here, again, this isn't mentioned in their advertising, website, or CarGurus. 3.) Their website gave me a trade-in value of $2,647 for my vehicle, but when they appraised it, they gave me a trade value of $500.

Binky was the easiest sales person I have ever worked with when purchasing a new vehicle! I will definitely be returning to him in the future to purchase anything new and will refer him to anyone I know looking for a new vehicle

I have brought my car there for warranty work.
I have brought my car there for warranty work. The first time service rep said work was done, I picked up my car and they did not do 2 service jobs that I requested. The second time I called manager before coming out and that person did not return my call. I went to the dealership and had not received a call back. I got an excuse that they were in meetings and made it seem it was partly my fault. I called the dealership today as I had not heard back as it has been 5 days since car was dropped off for simple tasks. I was told car was ready but service advisor never reached out to let me know. Also, I wanted to confirm that the work was done as I don't want to make another trip asking them for a 3rd time to do work requested. I was told an email would be sent to advisor When you take into account that authorized manufacture dealers charge the highest prices, I am paying more for less. If the manager does not return calls why should those they supervise be expected to do the same. The people are "nice" and sometimes giving a one star is just being overly mean
