Initial contact and purchasing were good but when to go

Initial contact and purchasing were good but when to go pick up the car, salesman trying to pressure to buy additional warranty, and it took over an hour to receive the car.

I recently bought a new Hybrid from Sewell Lexus Dallas

I recently bought a new Hybrid from Sewell Lexus Dallas and it was by far the best auto purchase experience I have ever made (out of many). Sales consultants Alex Amaya and Chris Galvez were very professional, competent and friendly. The purchase was seamless, prompt and I intend to purchase future vehicles there.

Bought my first Lexus from Chaudhry Bilal this week.

Bought my first Lexus from Chaudhry Bilal this week. It was the most pleasant experience I have ever had when purchasing a car. Bilal was very patient and answered all of the questions we had regarding the vehicles we were interested in. We test drove numerous cars and finally settled the RX 350H. I was told by many once you drive a Sewell Lexus you will never go back to another car/dealership. Sewell is top notch in every way. i highly recommend Chaudhry Bilal if you are considering a Lexus.

While an avid fan of Sewell, the last couple of visits to

While an avid fan of Sewell, the last couple of visits to the service department have left us questioning our loyalty. In the next to last visit, although we were told the service had been completed, we encountered that one item was not. The last visit, 3 months between visits, and 1,900 miles (yes overzealous in our care for our Lexus), oil change. Despite receiving a report only three months earlier that there were no issues with the car, suddenly we are told there was a major problem with the suspension. We attempted to obtain clarification from various managers. Finally did speak with a manager, who told us he would verify what was needed and repair, and we needed to trust their techs. Which we did by moving ahead with the repair. Ultimately, no call back. Picked up the car, no indication if management actually checked the car. Did speak with yet another manager, who assured us he would look into it and contact us. No call as well. We are still unclear if the repairs were completed and what if any other issues exist. Further questions arose as we reviewed the current invoice against previous invoices. Even the type of oil that was noted on the service information was different. Ultimately determining what if any actions we should take to ensure the vehicle is safe.

I just bought a Lexus ES 350 Sedan from Eddie Chan, Sales

I just bought a Lexus ES 350 Sedan from Eddie Chan, Sales Associate at Sewell Lexus of Dallas. I’m 65 Years old and i have bought 8 cars in my life time. I have never had the nicest and easiest experience as did with Mr. Chan. His pleasant easy going personality was calming. I was able to contact him through a call or text, and he immediately responded everytime, day or evening. He took care of every request I wanted for a car. No situation in making it happen was difficult. He found exactly what I was wanting. The commercial you see on TV for Sewell…….It really is true! Sewell Lexus of Dallas treat their customers with respect, courteous, and thoughtfulness. I would not hesitate to go back to Sewell for another car. I feel very comfortable giving my family and friend a referral to Eddie Chan for a Lexus vehicle.

Elante Smith, my Sales Associate, was courteous and professional from the minute I met him. I told him what I was looking for and immediately he let me test drive a LEXUS 2024 NX250 Premium. I went home with all the car details I needed and made my decision to buy it on my next visit. This is the first time I have ever walked into a dealership by myself and bought a car on my own. Elante Smith made it a very pleasant, smooth and easy experience for me. This LEXUS dealership is first-class.
