Sales lady very unprofessional, I felt being rushed, she was not helpful, she was in a hurry, I felt I being rushed and not being attended, when I request to see another interior color on a different car, it bothered her

My family and I finally gave up buying cars in the San Antonio area & found Micheal Graham at Sewell Lexus. He has helped all of us & our neighbor for 3 years now. He is honest, up front & no xx, all of which we appreciate. The buying process is simple and cars are delivered to our homes. We are customers for life.

Sewell Lexus Dallas - No Sales Help at All!

Very disappointing. Sales service is non-existent. They might as well install an automotive vending machine and fire half of their salespeople. I'm shopping for my second Sewell Lexus. This time, I've been dealing with an arrogant and condescending salesperson, Bruce P. He acts as if he is generously doing me a huge favor to work with me. At one point, he even lied about a scheduled appointment...even though I had our confirmation written in text. Everything I'm interested in is "pre-sold", blah, blah, blah. Looked at a couple of pre-owned with him and same "non-service". UGH!

STAY AWAY!

I would love the opportunity to speak with someone. Aside from the fact that it took over THREE HOURS to get two keys made, then we were told we were underquoted the prices by several hundred dollars. I had an oxygen tank with 5 hours air, and it took an hour to get to your business, and an hour to get home. I struggled to breathe going home, as my oxygen tank ran out!!!! You should be ashamed!!!!! The entire time at your dealership was a xxxx show!

We bought our Lexus in APRIL!

We bought our Lexus in APRIL!! After three months we still don’t have valid license plates as a result of the three ring circus at Sewell in Dallas. They are good on promises but short on delivery. I will never do business with them again.
