Diligent Service

Encountered a minor raddle in 2018 RDX. Rode with a service technician to assist in identifying what I was hearing. Technician dropped me off at my office and the dealership provided a loaner vehicle when the raddle could not be found same day. They kept at it and were able to identify and correct the issue the following day. Provided car wash prior to my picking up vehicle. It was a very minor issue but they understood how annoying a minor raddle can be.

Good first impression!

I scheduled a routine maintenance visit for my Acura RDX. Within the first 20 minutes they determined there was an issue with equipment in the center. This was addressed immediately and a loaner car was made available at no additional cost. The team was professional and helpful.

Always felt comfortable never pressured.

John was great. Very knowledgeable. He was anxious to please us and nevery pushy. He was friendly yet professional. We will be back for our next vehicle and we told our r kids about our experience.

Good experience with online purchase

I had a very good experience with buying a new car online with Acura of Johnston. I was going to pay cash for my 2019 RDX. It was a little uneasy at the beginning knowing that you have to sign all the paperwork and pay them full price to reserve the vehicle without seeing it. I communicated with Alen mostly by text messages. Alen was responsive and very patience with me and answered all my questions. When I finally picked up the car, all accessories were installed and the car is ready. Next time if you want to buy a car online, I recommended talking to Alen. One thing I am not so satisfied is that I can't negotiate the price. Given that the time I bought my car was one month after the car released, I know I had very little negotiating power. Alen told me in the first phone call that there is no room for price negotiation because it was a brand new model. But they are able to offer me a better warranty package.

Oil change & lease buyout inquiry

I visited this location for an oil change (I purchased the package). It came with a complimentary interior vacuum and car wash. These complimentary services were professionally done. The staff was friendly and helpful. While I was there, I inquiried about options in buying out the car since I am leasing. They were quick to respond and answered my specific questions while running quicks estimates on the spot.

Great service

The service department is always professional and fixes issues the first time. The car cleaning service is also appreciated, as is the availability of loaners and shuttle service.

Fast service!

Oil change and filter was done in 20 minutes, comparing to other dealers where I wait for 45 minutes or one hour. Great service too.
