2016 MKC

I had a very poor experience at another dealership but Brad at Grapevine was very professional in guiding me through an uncomfortable process. His diligence and patience calmed my nervous. I worked with Audrey once I arrived at Grapevine Lincoln and her knowledge and wit were just what I needed after a week of car buying drama. I did leave with a black MKC but really wanted the Luxe (another dealership had it but I decided to stick with Brad and Audrey.) Hoping to get a the car I really want next time. While the overall process at this location was great, it would have been awesome to have the color I really wanted obtained for me.

Magnificent Blaine

Blaine was awesome with answers I wanted to hear! Felt comfortable speaking to him!!! When he said he'd only been there for two weeks, I was amazed!!! His managers were awesome too!

2016 MKX

We had a wonderful experience at Grapevine Ford Lincoln. Our salesperson, Audrey Roundtree was very knowledgeable with all the features on the car. She along with her associates were very friendly and attentive. It was a very good experience and I highly recommend this dealership.

Grapevine Ford is the Best

Grapevine Ford is awesome. The customer service, sales and just overall great place. Grapevine Ford beat all the other dealers price and gave me more for my 2016 Mercedes CLA 250. The pricing of vehicles and discounts is incredible and their selection is vast. If you go there ask for Cameron Goldsmith. He is amazing. Purchased new 2016 F150 without any regret or problems.

Good Dealership

Bought a Ford Fusion from Zack Ziba. He was great, they were friendly and made us a good deal on the car. This place wasn't super pushy like others and have met our needs when we've asked except for one part. I didn't rate a 5 stars because of a rebate issue. The finance lady never sent in our paperwork so we sat around waiting for our rebate for 2-3 months and it wasn't even submitted yet. With a lot of calling, she finally submitted it and now we are still waiting. It has been 3-4 months and still have not received it. Rebate has been a pain, but I would buy again from this dealership but would request a different finance person. Car had an issue with the window squeaking and we made an appointment. They got us in the next week and got it fixed for free.

In and out same day

Daren Hayden, service manager did a great job of getting me back on the road the same day it was towed. I never had a key break before, and didnt realize what a hassle that can be. Mr Hayden got the matter resolved for me, and was soon back on the road.

Craig O'Neal, who was the Sales Manager, was excellent.

Craig O'Neal, who was the Sales Manager, was excellent, very pleasant to deal with through out the process, and was very knowledgeable about the Ford Truck Vehicles. I have normally purchased GMC Trucks and foreign cars. Craig's way (in a very positive way by not saying one thing negative about the other manufactures) distinguishing he Ford from others showed he was convinced that Ford Trucks were a step a head in technology from the others and the value was greater than the others.

Great experience!

I had a great experience at Grapevine Lincoln. My salesperson, Bob, was very knowledgeable, helpful, respectful, and most of all, not pushy. I appreciated that after having a very different experience at another dealership as it's an immediate turnoff. I also appreciated Brad's help with financing and helping me get to a place where I could afford the car I really wanted while staying within my budget. I have been car shopping for weeks and have to commend your team on a job well done. I wasn't sure what kind of treatment to expect shopping without my husband and was very pleased that I did not feel like I was being taken advantage of. I highly recommend Grapevine Lincoln and will tell my friends and family that this dealership should be at the top of their list if they are in the market for a new car. I absolutely love my MKX!
