Great Service In Quick Lane
Used the Quick Lane Service lane for my first oil change on my 2014 Edge. I was quickly greeted by Service Advisor Forrest McCarty and explained the purpose of my visit. Forrest was very attentive, customer focused and addressed my questions. He went over my service invoice, asked any follow up questions and walked me over to cashier. After that transaction, by a very customer service driven women (did not write down her name), Forrest greeted me at my car and thanked me for my visit. I would like for Grapevine Ford to know about the exceptional service by Forrest and the Quick Lane team. Very impressed and will recommend my friends. Thanks

Great Service and Facilities
Grapevine Ford is awesome. Purchased a 2015 Ford Fusion with everything I wanted at a price I couldn't get anywhere else. My salesman John Willams took care of me from start to finish and made it feel like a great buying experience and assured me that I will be taken care of from now on with anything I need for my new car. I definitely recommend looking around for pricing but I bet you won't find a better deal then Grapevine Ford.

Great Service department! I have been using it for 5 years. Previous ownership could not be recommended but since Grapevine Ford took over every experience has been better than expected. The service brought me back for another purchase and this purchase experience was the best I've had. Great people!

Best Service for Real
I went to another Lincoln dealership that told me they could not help me unless I spent a great deal of money. I did not purchase my Lincoln from a Lincoln dealership but was referred by my purchasing dealership to go to Grapevine Lincoln which I did. My service advisor, RANDY MCCONNELL is the greatest. He was attentive, professional, and serious about his work. He reviewed and detailed my concerns and my issues were resolved promptly. The dealership atmosphere is calming and relaxing. I am seriously considering Grapevine Lincoln as my dealership of choice when I purchase my next vehicle. Oh, by the way, this is my first Lincoln and I'm loving it.

Reid Harmon is who you need to talk to
I recently leased my second car from Reid and as usual he did not disappoint me. His service is consistent everytime I do business with him. He asked what I was interested in and took the time to listen to me and consider all my factors and compared prices of serval vehicles. He showed me around the service area and the other amenities that Grapvine Ford has to offer. He also answered all of my parents questions which is very important to me. Ultimately he got me into a beautiful, brand new Ford Fusion and I am always proud to tell everyone that I got it from Grapvine Ford. Nice sales dept.
No issues with the sales dept at all....financing dept will do there best to shove every possible thing to buy on your contract without even asking....along with providing false information about the MPP they provide. They will do their best to get you to use one of their banks, and ignore approval letters from your bank. The detail/service dept....broke the window valences and said they were already broke (had pictures to prove it was them, so they just took them all off to match) lost the custom valve stem cap and cover as well. After a 4 hour detail the truck was nice....unless you inspected it closely (nothing was cleaned under the truck or behind the rack in the back).

Got the truck I wanted, at a great price, and didn't spend all day at the dealership. The sales team truly worked to get what I wanted, without trying to put me into more than I needed. Closing was fast, simple, not a lot of add-ons and haggling. We all look forward to our new vehicles but, not the car buying experience. The Team at Grapevine for changed that for me. If you want an honest dealership with no games. Started this purchase with the guys in their internet sales group. You can do most of the process on line these days. Jeff and the rest of the guys were great to work with.
