Working with Ronnie Eison in sales and Don Litoff in

Working with Ronnie Eison in sales and Don Litoff in finance was a pleasure. Both answered all my questions, suggested alternatives, and refrained from hard pushy sales tactics. I drove up to the lot without ever conversing with this particular dealership. I told Ronnie what I was looking for, he grabbed some keys, we took a 10 minute test drive, and service took my trade-in for 10 minutes to assess its value. Then, I went home to think about it. Came back the next day to test drive the vehicle again with my wife since she'll also drive it occasionally. We had the papers signed within an hour. All told, it took about 2 hours of our time. No back and forth 5 times to talk to a manager, hijacking your trade-in keys to make you sit and wait, etc. I wanted to work with a local dealership, so I'm really glad that my experience went well. I will definitely make this my first stop when I'm ready to shop again.
