The only reason my sale went through was because of TJ.

The only reason my sale went through was because of TJ. He was professional, kind, patient and helped seal the deal. I had a terrible experience with management (who is now no longer there) so it delayed several issues along the way. TJ continued to support and guide me through the process and I'm so grateful he is at James Wood! He is the only reason I didn't take my business elsewhere.

Did not perform inspection with oil change .

Did not perform inspection with oil change . Last oil change stated need for brakes this time it did not. Guess they fixed themselves. NTB also said I need shocks and struts .

Had to wait a few weeks for floormats because on back

Had to wait a few weeks for floormats because on back order but great service when they came in, installed for us in timely manner and enjoyed working with Rosie.
