Service was as expected albeit it took a little longer

I was a little frustrated because I needed an oil change.
I was a little frustrated because I needed an oil change. I talked with someone early Monday morning and she told me that the scheduling department was busy and would call me back. She didn't say we take walk ins. So I missed work waiting for the call. When it did, she shared that I could simply come in. Once there, things *oil change and tire rotation were done very quickly)

Took the vehicle in for a wash, vacuum, and wipe down
Took the vehicle in for a wash, vacuum, and wipe down because there had been a spill on the center console. Upgraded to the Gold level for this service. As I was driving back home i looked down at a stop light and noticed that the center console cup holder and storage box were still sticking and not cleaned. Exterior, dash, and door panels were great as usual but the main reason we brought the car in to get cleaned was not touched. This has not been our experience in the past but on this day expectations were not exceeded.

I purchased my 2025 XT4 knowing the back up camera had to
I purchased my 2025 XT4 knowing the back up camera had to be replaced. I purchased the car on a Saturday and I brught it back on Tuesday for the camera replacement. He gave ma a loaner and I was on my way. After I got my car back it has a severe rattle in the back near where the work was done and now I have to wait 2 weeks to bring it back because they didn't have a car loaner, however when they made the sale they made sure I would have a loaner. I called the salesman back to report the rattle which was a direct result from the repair and he just transferred me to the service department ths time. Service after the sale was not what I was expecting from Cadillac! It was seriously lacking in effort. I bought a Cadillac XT4 but that was not an optin below on the make and model so I just chose Buick so I couild submit. This is my 5th purchase from Tom Clark dealership - little dissappointed this time around.
