I would’ve given them a better score but they rotated my
I would’ve given them a better score but they rotated my tires and did not check my air pressures and all four tires were 4 pounds low.

I was very pleased with the service: oil change, tires
I was very pleased with the service: oil change, tires rotated, checking the battery, etc. I asked for it to be washed, and even though I know that adds wait time, I am very pleased with excellent cleaning inside and out that it got. Very satisfied!

Jarrett Abel was outstanding, professional, and very
Jarrett Abel was outstanding, professional, and very knowledgeable. He was consistent with updates and there were no surprises. Jarrett reminded me that I had bought a warranty and that this repair might be covered. I had forgotten about the warranty and Jarrett could have just let me pay the repair cost out of pocket and moved on but he didn't.. He took the time to contact the warranty company and worked out the details so the repair was covered and I didn't have to do anything. That was huge and speaks of Jarrett's professionalism, pride in his actions, and his belief that customer service can still be found. It because of interactions like this that I continue to refer friends to James Wood. I would have given five stars but when the truck was returned to me the front license plate was bent out at a 90 degree angle and there was considerable dirt and dust in the drives seat and door threshold. Not big things and I was able to fix them but I've never had that type of thing happen before so just wanted to bring it up. Jarrett was awesome !!
