I had a wonderful experience with the dealership and the sales person (Matt Taylor). It was a wecoming experience form the begining till the end. Matt was very knowlegeable and helpful too.

While I enjoy the service at James Woods, I think there

While I enjoy the service at James Woods, I think there are little things that could be done to improve the service. I bought my truck from James Wood last year. It would be nice if James Woods offered some complimentary services to loyal customers. I’ve been taking my GM vehicles to dealerships for years. James Woods is the first dealership I’ve been to that doesn’t die complimentary tire rotations and washes after every service. Additionally, the service reps seem more interested in getting customers checked in. I’ve yet to bring my truck in and have a service rep explain to me the work being done on my truck. The folks checking me out do not seem to have the knowledge to explain the maintenance. It would be helpful if the service reps spoke to me to explain the services.

When you spend alot of money purchasing a new vehicle you

When you spend alot of money purchasing a new vehicle you are always worried about them taking care of you when you need service. I can verify that James Woods nailed it. Cole took care of my windshield, and as usual, Rosie (sales) took care of everything else. I will definitely send family and friends to buy from James Woods. People like Rosie/Cole make James Woods AutoPark stand apart from other dealerships. Keep up the good work.
