Received excellent service from BJ. He was super helpful and answered all my questions throughout the whole process. Loving my new truck so far and definitely appreciate everyone that helped me.

Every time I take my car in for service, it is a stress

Every time I take my car in for service, it is a stress free experience. The Service Advisors are friendly and knowledgeable. The shuttle service is very convenient.

The salesperson and the entire team were very respectful

The salesperson and the entire team were very respectful and knowledgeable. I never felt pressured or uncomfortable during my visit. They were more than happy to answer all my questions. When I called to inquire about the availability of a vehicle, they promptly let me know it was available. After sharing my estimated time of arrival, they had the vehicle ready and waiting for me. I really appreciated that level of service.

I had a tire that had a slow leak.

I had a tire that had a slow leak. The team couldn't initially find a nail or anything that would be the cause. They kept looking and didnt give up and eventually found the nail in an odd spot. Kudos to the James Wood Service Team for ensuring the issue was found and got resolved quickly for me! They are the best, this is why I bring all my cars for service there!
