Was very nice and polite. Easy negotiations and no pressure tactics. Enjoyed a test drive without them in the car (like most places I’ve been saying turn here , here , here around the block and back).

I brought my vehicle in without an appointment. The service tech saw the issue. He took it back to the service department. They diagnosed the problem, repaired it and returned it to me the next afternoon.

The dealership was great.
The dealership was great. I showed up for my appointment at 1 PM. Ryan was busy with another customer and just gave us the keys to drive the truck that I had previously researched with their internet department. My wife and I drove the truck and loved it! When we got back to the office, the financing with Kenny Wood went very rapidly. I couldn't be more happy with my new GMC Sierra 1500! I love the family atmosphere at James Wood! Thanks! Great job!
