This dealership was great. I showed up at 6:45 pm, car was ready for me to check and test drive. Car was exactly as described and the sales staff was great and accommodating. I would buy a car for them again anytime.

Kenneth, was very helpful in researching and getting me the best deal available for my extended warranty. Tim Wilkins, in the service department was very up front with wait time expectations I might face with service on my car. Fortunately, they were able to get me back in my car in a much shorter timeframe. I have always had very professional interaction and service from James Wood employees.
