John made things super easy He was kind, quick yet thorough. Embarrassed to admit we’ve bought several cars within the past 5 years between my husband and I and this was easily the easiest and best experience we’ve had so far. Will be repeat customers when the time comes again.

Taylor got me in quick, documenting my woes. She quickly arranged for me to get a ride home. The next day, I was picked up at my house, driven back to James Wood, where Taylor went over the work performed and charges incurred, and then checked me out. Well done, Taylor!

I arrived about 2:30pm and stated I must leave to get my
I arrived about 2:30pm and stated I must leave to get my children by a certain hour. 5:00pm along and I was still sitting in the waiting room and had to leave. My car wasn’t done with the simple oil change and wash (I mentioned upon arrival that I had been there previously for 4 hours and could not do that today). She laughed and stated I would definitely not be there 4 hours. My car came out half done then she kept the keys on her desk forcing me to return and causing me to be even later. She put some of my mats back in place and hand wiped the water droplets left on my car, but shop stuff was left in my back seat. When I arrived for the oil change and when I was given the bill, I mentioned the coupon I brought at my last oil change was missed and it had to be put on this one as promised last time. She forgot again too. She had to fix the bill. While this was my home dealership, I’m going back to the one in Grapevine from now on.

From the time I walked in the door and asked for Rudy he was straight forward and easy to work with. He answered all my questions and even got my daughter a twix when my debit card wouldn't work on the vending machine. Juan was respectful of my time and explained everything necessary for me in finance. Overall, one of the smoothest processes when purchasing a vehicle.
