I was so anxious about having to go buy a vehicle, but
I was so anxious about having to go buy a vehicle, but the moment Ally greeted us I knew we were in amazing hands. We had called the day prior after going all around the metroplex to MULTIPLE dealerships and we were so discouraged. We finally called at the end of the day and inquired about the Chevrolet Trax that showed on their website and she gave us all the information about it. When we arrived the next day I was shocked to see that she held it overnight for us not even knowing whether we would come to the dealership or not. She made it very easy and relaxing to go over numbers, information and everything else needed in the car buying process. When we went to financing, we had to pleasure of meeting Juan, who immediately took note that our 9 year old was hungry and wanting to leave ASAP. He quickly explained all the paperwork and sent us on our way. I honestly don't think we will ever shop anywhere else now!

I took our 2013 Volkswagen Passat TDI-SEL in to have the
I took our 2013 Volkswagen Passat TDI-SEL in to have the oil, oil filter, air filter, and fuel filter changed due to the quality service provided through Tim Wilken's, a service advisor, and his technicians. Living directly behind James Wood is a great convenience, however what adds to the icing on the cake is pricing. The pricing is so competitive with other auto repair shops within our community asking for the same hourly wages as the big guys, but not offering the same quality of service. Thank you again James Wood's Autopark. I may also mention the technicians noticed the windshield was loose and had Tim notify me immediately to have it repaired, as my wife was going out of town the following day. Catching this possibly and probably prevented a major if nor catastrophic incident down the road,
