My recent buying experience with Russell and Amy was probably the best experience I have had, and I have bought several vehicles at other area dealerships over the last 30 years. Russell was easy to work with and never used pressure tactics during the sales process. He provided me with a breakdown of the costs associated with purchasing the vehicle and told me to go home and think about it and call him the following day with any questions. Amy went with me on the test drive. Prior to leaving the lot Amy went over the vehicle features with me, answered my questions during the test drive and more questions when we returned to the lot. Amy was very knowledgeable about all features available on the vehicles' trim package. Amy was patient when answering my questions, demonstrated most of the features, and provided clear explanations when I had further questions. Amy was also great when we came in to take delivery of the vehicle. Based on my experience, I would definitely visit Academy when I am ready to purchase my next vehicle and will also recommend Academy to my family and friends.

I Allen McCannon, really like the service I get when I Come to Academy Ford. I have used this service since way back I first started in 2007 with my 2005 Escape, the place looks much better today than it looked then. Derek has been there a while and he's very good at what he does. Besides Academy is closer than silver spring, I hope you do not close your shop.
