I have been to this dealership twice in total and both times the experience has been awful. I brought my vehicle in to get a basic recall done and nothing more. The customer service was being rude for no reason it seemed. I dropped my truck off at 8:30 and was told it would be finished at 11. I then went home and received a text at 11 when it does finished. I came to pick up my truck at 11:45 and the customer service guy said it wasn’t finished yet and I needed to do a questionnaire on a text that I received. So I had to wait an additional 30 minutes ontop of the 4 hours to receive my truck for just the simple recall I dropped it off for. I have no idea why the customer service was talking extremely rude to me though. I get it, everyone has bad days. But he was acting like I was bothering him for having him do his job or something. I have never once made a bad review of a place and this is my first time. That should show you just how bad of an experience I had at the dealership.

I’ve been going to Academy Ford for over 15 years brought one car and two pickup trucks . Brought my truck in for service yesterday for noise coming out the side they did not find the noise, but did sell me new brake and try to sell me a cabin filter that was replaced two months ago , they did not find a reason for the squeaking metallic noise but as soon as I pick the truck up, I’ve heard the noise again, so I’m wanting to take the truck back. Hopefully they can get me appointment sometime soon to get this issue resolved. however, the service advisor. Alvin Powell was very courteous very helpful.. I would like to get the issue with my truck resolved. Thank you.
