Service advisor when available is great. This dealership has high prices with service and always finds additional things wrong/expenses. Fixes things that truly didn't need fixing. Way overpriced.

I went back to MB of Hunt Valley for service. I had worked with this dealer over the last 25 years but had gone to another dealer because of some issues. I ma glad came back. Sam, my service advisor, reminded me of why I really like this dealership. He was on top of everything and treated me with respect and professionalism.
