Excellent customer service
I bought a Ford Edge last week from Mac Haik Ford on the Katy Freeway and every single person I came in contact with was so nice and friendly. They weren't pushy like other places. They went out of their way to make sure I was happy and they were super patient and accommodating with my 2 year old. This was the best car buying experience I have had and would highly recommend them to family and friends.

2011 Explorer service problem
Staff was great but not all issues were resolved. My 2011 Explorer has been giving me a message to "Shift to park" when the vehicle is parked even though it is already in park. I am bringing it in tomorrow to try to resolve this problem.

I wanted to personally thank Ellis at Mac Haik Ford who went above and beyond searching there inventory for exactly what we were looking for in a Silver 2015 Ford Explorer XLT with a Rear Backup Camera and Light Colored Cloth Interior. It took a little time finding the vehicle being that it was on an overflow inventory lot and not actually on their primary inventory lot. But the wait paid off! Financing was painless. Being we are USAA Members and were approved thru them for a Loan. USAA worked directly with Mac Haik Ford making the paper work simple. We were in and out signing paper work in about 15 minutes and quickly were put into our new Ford Explore. We also got a little discount off the vehicle being my wife is a college student. All you need to prove this is have a Sealed Official Transcript from your school to get that additional discount.
