I've had the same Service Advisor for the past 20 years, and when I walk through the showroom, I recognize many of the names on they obviously treat their people as well as they treat customers. Mercedes recall

Just a minor problem. When I called about the airbag recall on Monday, I was told by the receptionist that it has to be ordered. Fine. I called again on Thursday and was told that the airbag is in so I can drop my car off. When I dropped it off on Sunday, the advisor called me to let me know that the airbag has not come in yet. I waited 3-4 days before the airbag arrived so someone needs to communicate better. If I would have known about this I would get a loaner car.

Class operation.

Have been going here for 13 years. My longtime service advisor left after many years. He was super. My new person is super too. New person though has less time to spend with customer because everything is automated. Good for speed. Not as nice for relationship building. Maybe will be better post-COVID.

I had an outstanding experience. As a woman, that is not always been the case in car dealerships but this dealership is an exception and I would recommend it to anyone looking for Mercedes-Benz. I chose to order my car and worked with Marcus and Ralph. Both made me feel very special and cared about. I received regular emails letting me know the status of my car and when I arrived it was perfect. The friendliness I experienced done ordering the car continued on the day of delivery. Mike handled the paperwork for the transaction and made sure I understood everything and it was a very efficient and quick process. Jeff was fantastic and knows the car very well and how to explain all the options and Paul was extremely helpful three days later when a special order accessory that I had selected came in. He installed it very quickly when i came back. I can’t say enough about this dealership and I would encourage anyone reading this to do business with this dealership.
