worst experience

Worst experience ever , I ordered a G63 from them on Nov 2nd 2020 which is a paid 30k over the msrp to get it and the car just arrived yesterday to the dealership, I went today to pick it up when I arrived they told me the car had an accident yesterday when they were doing the pre inspection test drive so the manager (Mark Zetlin) hes so rude and unprofessional offered to fix the car which was a full rear bumper replacement and the rear gate have to be replaced and painted as well and it’s going to take another month to get it done, so I told the manager Mark Zetlin at least to reduce the 30k to 10k since the car had an accident now he didn’t agree and said he will fix it and sell it, so guys be careful the vin number for the car W1NYC7HJ0MX387753 black matte with red interior.

Hi Mr. Ali - We do apologize for your experience at our dealership. Your G 63 AMG was delayed due to certain parts being limited to all manufacturers. This is why inventory is so low. Regarding the accident on the vehicle, that was out of our control as our pre-delivery inspector was driving around the building and a driver not affiliated with our dealership was not paying attention rammed into the rear of the G 63 AMG. Best Car Buying Experience Ever!!

I am giving Jerome Tillery a 5 star rating for hanging in...

I am giving Jerome Tillery a 5 star rating for hanging in there with us as we tried to close the deal. I also give Antonio Cornacchia a Five for making the financing simple. Both are pleasant and reflect well on the dealership, we really enjoyed working with both. I can't say the same for the CPO manager, it seems that he wouldn't budge on his number and my son ultimately had to visit with the GM, Mr. Mastantuono to close the deal.

Have used this dealership for years for both purchases and for service. I would recommend them 100% for service especially. But if you have a special order vehicle they do a great service and delivery for that as well.
