Internet Purchase

The team at Mercedes Benz of Houston Greenway were very helpful in the internet purchase of an almost new, used high end sports car. They responded immediately to my inquiry through Autotrader, worked with me through the purchase, and helped arrange shipment of the vehicle via enclosed transport.

Routine Maintenance

I took my vehicle in for a routine maintenance check up. A loaner was given to me since the maintenance would take most of the day. The day I was scheduled to pick up my car, I remembered that the indicator light was out on the passenger side. I informed my rep and he ordered the part right away. I was able to keep the loaner until my vehicle was ready. I loved the speedy service and always experience a good rapport with the staff.

Recent airbag recall notice

i received a recall notice from Mercedes Benz regarding a faulty passenger side airbag. i contacted the MB Greenway dealership to schedule the repair. They were able to provide me with a Saturday appointment which did not interfere with my work schedule. The repairs from the recall notice were completed within a 3 hour time-frame to my satisfaction.
