I came in looking to by a specific car and ending up buying a 2019 Mercedes Benz C300 because my sales advisor, David Griffin, listened to my needs and matched me up with exactly what I need. Donald Cyprian presented me with great finance options. Mercedes Benz Greenway Plaza exceeded my expectations. The car is a blast to drive, by the way. I find myself making up reasons to drive.

Service department not what it use to be. Had to return car three times to get repair done properly. Engine mounts had to be replaced after only 13,000 miles? The first mounts lasted 100k miles!! Using used parts?? Spoke to manager - disrespectful, unprofessional. I have been going to service department for over 20 years. I have never had a problem before. Two incidents- repairs and management- unacceptable. My service advisor is great. Working with him for years. Manager of service department- i couldn?t believe how he spoke to me-
