Service Reveiw
The service advisor was supposed to call my wife to get the car, but they did not follow that instruction and called and texted me instead. The drop-off area for service is too crowded. It is dangerous and confusing. The service reps do not actively seek to help you - you need to search them out. At least one service rep saw me heading his way and turned and walked away when I said "excuse me, I have a question." The driver who picked me up to get my cart was a terrible driver. He almost ran a stop sign. I had to tell him to stop. He did run a red light, but he stopped at a green light. Very erratic speed also. He drove 20 in a 35 mph zone and 35 in a 30 mph zone and frequently hit the brakes at random times. I have purchased 7 cars from this dealer and I will probably buy another one from them because it is convenient to my home, but the service department has deteriorated significantly.
