An overall assessment.

I had a very good experience with my Service Adviser, Timothy Jue. He is always on point with the required automobile repairs and information. He shares the information with the customer on a timely basis. When my tires were rotated, it seemed as though the air pressures in the tires were missed calibrated. the computer is either showing

Terrible customer service for MB ML 350

Called the dealership representative that I’m on my way to view the car and make deal if able to reach agreement but to my surprise, I arrived at the dealership and waited over 15 minutes with no one attending to me (even after the receptionist made several attempts at getting the sale man I spoke with earlier). Horrible service!

Vehicle 60K mile auto service and other repairs

The Service Representative, Timothy Jue did a great job overseeing the required 60k-mile service for my vehicle as well as minor front end repairs to it. He clearly communicated all service and repair costs before proceeding with the work, kept me up to date with its progress, informed me of discoverables (e.g. the car battery nearing its end of life) found during servicing, and reduced costs by recommending repairs over replacement of a headlight lens and arguing on my behalf for the dealership to make other minor repairs at not cost.

2017 G63 Maintenance

Customer Service was great. Only dissatisfaction was in Mercedes Corporate not having my correct information in system. This caused delay in service. Alex worked hard to resolve the issue.
