Sterling McCall Ford Service Center takes great care of

Sterling McCall Ford Service Center takes great care of my vehicles. I’ve been using them for 15+ years. Aaron and David are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They are very trustworthy and honest. I never have felt more comfortable waiting for my vehicles to get serviced. I highly recommend Sterling McCall Ford for all your service repair needs.

Great experience at car dealership.

Great experience at car dealership. Got a standard oil change. The guys gave a video preview of inspection, really loved the service! Guys there are cool. :)

My salesman Brian was amazing.

My salesman Brian was amazing. He helped me out a lot and was very welcoming. However the man with the financing department was horrible. He was rude and made the whole buying of the car very uncomfortable.

I had a very difficult personal situation.

I had a very difficult personal situation. I lived for 20 years in Italy, I moved to the US for a job and I had no credit score and my official contract was late. They were patient and help me out during the entire process , explaining me every single detail. Best Service Ever.

David N has always been my service rep and has taken care of all my car issues. He has great communication with letting me know what needs to be serviced and has exceptional customer service. This is why I always take my car to be service by them.

Great customers service understanding and fair pricing,

Great customers service understanding and fair pricing, didn't feel pressured into buying a car. The signing process was also quick didn't take more than an hour and went over all the documents
