Came to the dealership for an oil change. I was able to get in and out. I always receive great Customer service anytime I visit this dealership.

The dealership helped me big time today.

The dealership helped me big time today. I had an oil change at an after market business and they left the oil cap off. Oil everywhere, billowing smoke, awful drive into work....pulled into Sterling McCall Ford, and they fixed me right up. Very appreciated!!

Great service, very professional, repairs were completed

Great service, very professional, repairs were completed in the same day and car was cleaned and washed inside and outside for free. Purchased vehicle from this dealership and would again.

Complete disaster.

Complete disaster. To summarize: Our truck was held for over 2 months by a non responsive team, who charged us for a problem that wasn?t fixed. We spent thousands of dollars on rentals cars, spent hours on the phone trying to get updates, paid for the repairs to ultimately have our truck returned to us in the SAME condition with the problem still existing. We called immediately to report that the problem was not fixed, and have not had anyone follow up with us. The entire team is lacking and inept at best, and actively horrendous at worst. It is unfathomable that a business is allowed to operate in this manner without legal repercussions. Do NOT under any circumstances use Sterling Ford McCall.

3 1/2 hours, no communication.

3 1/2 hours, no communication. Tracker app provided does not work. Got home and realized all four tires had a different air pressure in them. Will be going back to Tomball Ford for service. Thought Sterling McCall would be easier since they are closer to my office. Not so much.
