One word excellent ,The service advisor was excellent,The repair technician excellent,everyone was very friendly.I wish I had have purchase my SUV there.I will be coming back .I was treated like a Floor very clean,tables clean, bathroom clean.

All was satisfactory except vehicle was returned to me

All was satisfactory except vehicle was returned to me empty. I don?t recall if it was mentioned initially or not but I filled the tank on the user truck I was provided and I expected the same.

I was pleased that they offered services on a Saturday.

I was pleased that they offered services on a Saturday. I was in Houston for my sister’s 94th birthday and my suv developed mechanical problems. I made an appointment with this dealer and they got me out early afternoon.

The service advisor David Nguyen is very nice and professional. Every time I always schedule and looking for him. I still remembered one time he work beyond and offer my kids extra activity kit when he realize the long waiting time may cause kids feeling bored.
