David N was very responsive to my needs. My truck is up and running. Service was good and I was given a loaner to drive while repairs were being done.

This is where I always bring my Ford Edge.

This is where I always bring my Ford Edge. I’ve always been pleased with the service and it’s super convenient. Under the paragraph, could you say a little bit more???? This actually falls in that category. I do not know who the Service person who actually did the work on my car. This is why I marked everything as average. One thing, however, is I had a driver bring me home which I live less than 5 miles from the dealership and thank goodness I did because it took way longer than two hours. I know it was closer to four. And then I had to wait for someone to come pick me up to get my car after their child got out of school so I wasn’t there until. After 3:30. I know I was home by four.
