Came in today without an appointment…the service was still quick…and even got a free car wash…oil change and tire rotation in about 90 minutes…thanks

Terrible from the word go.
Terrible from the word go. I called the service receptionist quoted one price. For an oil and filter change and there wasn’t any confusion about the vehicle she knew exactly what year and model as if my name popped up on the computer and it showed her I had been there before. So the $40 turned into 147 when the guy was literally checking me in, he wanted me to just Sign the paper Agreeing to the $147 oil and filter change. I told him that I was quoted 40 on the phone and he showed me he could do it or something around $50. I finally got out there of course after Tax titled Lumber and anything else they wanted to tack on $70. It took two hours and 15 minutes when I was quoted an hour and a half. so all in all, I guess that it’s part for the course for this particular location as I’ve been there before, And have gone through other nightmares but I think this is going to be the last time I visit this location .I finally just I gotta just give it up-I’ve heard it said,..You just can’t polish a turd!
