I always take my truck to this dealer and they ALWAYS

I always take my truck to this dealer and they ALWAYS take care of me. They always work with you and make everything transparent and smooth. I can't say enough good things about my my service advisor Erik. He is just awesome!

Oil change

Took car 2 days in a row. The 2nd day it would take 3 hours to complete oil change. They offered ride to work. They picked me up at 2.40pm. I had dropped truck at 9:05 am. I recommend dealer works on logistics. They should assign a team to quick service

Never again servicing at this dealer

I brought my car to check on engine vibration, and few other issues incl. regular maintenance. A week later with no loaner car, I was told car is fine and ready for pick up. Vibration was not identified/fixed, I checked it myself and air filter was full of mud, apparently no one bothered to check the air filter which should be first to check in regular maintenance and engine running rough complains, never again going to this dealer !

Sergio was great and very understanding.

Having previously purchased a Nissan from Sterling McCall

Having previously purchased a Nissan from Sterling McCall Nissan, I recently stopped by Sterling McCall Ford to have a look at the Bronco Sport and was fortunate enough to meet and work with Brian Frank and Paul Morgan.
