Hour oil change

Chairs were hard to sit in for just an hour oil change! Oil change took to long!

Sterling McCall Ford service on 2014 Ford Explorer

Renee Tallman was my service advisor. She did an excellent job of advising me on the different repairs and made sure that they were done on a very timely basis. The experience was excellent.

Great Oil change

I was greeted as I got out of the car, and the rep had already pulled up my info and knew that my service was free since I bought the service plan when I purchased the car.

Unreliable service unfair pricing poor customer service .

Unreliable service unfair pricing poor customer service . They charge me 300 dollars labor and 39 dollars for paper and my truck still does work.

I found a vehicle online that was at Sterling McCall Ford that was really nice.i went to the dealership and Mrs Mary Hill was my salesperson and she was really amazing!she was very attentive,polite,professional and knowledgeable about everything.she made my car buying process really enjoyable.Thank you again!
