Laura and Luis were great they made the whole process

Laura and Luis were great they made the whole process easy and even discounted the truck I purchase because of cosmetic issues it had(rear bumper/scratches/cracked front grill) which is cool and I appreciated it. After I realized the sunroof wouldn't open all the way omw home and got stuck open half way. Truck was supposedly throughly inspected which i now doubt very much.Took it back immediately n picked up on monday...all they did was managed to close it and tbh not even 100% cause i can hear wind flow. Manager apparently didn't want to fix it n simply gave me a quote on how much it would be to get it repaired and essentially told me I was xxxx out of luck. Laura geniually felt bad for me but it was out of her control. They said that's y they discounted the truck because which is not true because they had no idea it wasn't working and the discount was because of the paint damages etc...

Miguel is my service person I go to when I take my

Miguel is my service person I go to when I take my Mustang to get oil change, anything that needs done. Always provides great customer service has everything done in a timely manner. Beautiful facility, if you need service done on your Ford definitely recommend Miguel 💯

Ford. Everything went great I was able to get the truck I wanted the color I wanted with all the option i asked for. Financing did a great job finding me the right rate and best terms. Oops!! That was premature I was offered A Free tonneau cover due to the fact that it was taken them so long to do my add-on And that they forgot to put the tailgate lock on it that they already charged me for and I was not able 22 just tell them to forget about the bedliner they said it has to be done. The sales manager offered me the cover if I would wait to have them do the accessories and give him 3 good reviews. But a year and a 1/2 later the Tonneau cover is no good and I cannot even get parts and they are refusing to warrant it Because as they said it was a throw in. Now I've got to go spend $1500 to replace the cover

Miguel was very helpful and helped me w my truck. I hope he can help me w my transmission issue as this F150 2019 has had BY FAR THE MOST ISSUES out of my last 5 F150s! VERY sad about the Ford product but Sterling McCall was great
