I showed up for my appointment and the advisor was

I showed up for my appointment and the advisor was already prepared for me and was very easy to drop vehicle. Also when I picked up my vehicle the advisor went above and beyond my expectations and had my truck washed and ready to go very impressed with his attention to the vehicle!!!!

Went in needing a new battery.

Went in needing a new battery. Mark helped out a lot and showed me where I had enough reward points to help pay for the battery and service. He gave an estimated time for completion and was actually completed about an hour early. Great service

I made a mistake. The gentleman who helped me was Erik. My apologies.

Everything seemed fine until I got home and took a look

Everything seemed fine until I got home and took a look at my new battery. What I discovered was that one of the nuts holding the battery down was missing, and the shroud covering the positive terminal was askew. Come on guys, check your work!
