Brought my car in for service and recall work and Miguel

Brought my car in for service and recall work and Miguel was so great! Very professional and great at communicating with me. He was so helpful and nice and I really appreciated the whole experience and the quick turnaround.

They sold us a truck that needs major engine work.

They sold us a truck that needs major engine work. I was told by used car manager there was nothing they could do because the truck was serviced 09/01/23. We bought the truck 10/06/23. And By 10/10/23 engine light was on and mechanic said needed major engine repair that the dealer should have been aware of. They should service the used cars again at time of purchase..The truck had high miles, but I bought from what I thought was a reparable dealership. I will never buy a car from any Sterling McCall dealership.

Service review

I brought my car in for repairs last week and was extremely pleased with my service. As a night shift worker, I value being able to count on a dealer ship to communicate well and be timely with their work. My service manager, Erick, made sure that the repairs needed were identified and communicated within the expected 48hr time frame. He also set a reasonable timetable for me having my car returned to me. I am so pleased and will be back.
