I have an amazing experience with your service department! David Nguyen helped me with an issue that another dealership could not get right so I gave up on them and decided to give Sterling McCall Ford a shot. Boy am I glad I did! David had a full multi-point inspection done in my vehicle and found a few other things that needed to be addressed. Thankfully I had the extended warranty and the ones that were covered were charged at $0!!! And the other issues where regular recommendations for service. I use this vehicle for work and so I gladly took them up in the recommendations. I will absolutely be back and this is now new go to dealership. Thank you David for looking out for me and keeping me informed as the process went on. He gave me a realistic timeframe and delivered ahead of schedule!!!

I purchased a used Jetta about two weeks ago.
I purchased a used Jetta about two weeks ago. During the buying process, my credit was ran without my permission and the cabinet that stores the car keys was locked for the night. Due to this process, they were unable to confirm if a second key was available. I received confirmation the next day that a second key was not available however, they would get one made for me. To date, I still don’t have a key. Also, my change oil light came on after day 3 of ownership. This car was apparently certified through Ford. I have asked for the service records on the oil change and have yet to receive them. I am very dissatisfied with the service that I have received from this dealership and would not recommend them to anyone else.
