Service Department Rocks!!

Bought my past Truck here & always had it serviced here. This year, didn?t buy my new truck here but always liked their Service Department, so I came back here for service!!

Davis have been always my contact person for service my car! I have been a client since I moved to Houston 6 years ago!!! They are the best! Always on time!

Service

I used a promotional rate of $19.00 for oil change. Once I checked in my car, the service advisor said that? my F150 truck takes additional 2 quarters. Therefore, now the oil change costed me additional $50 ($25 per quarter). I think, this is not a right way of promotional services .

I would give this 10 stars if possible - Irvin Gonzales was my service advisor and he was exceptional. They squeezed me into their schedule despite short notice on my part, and exceeded my expectations in every way possible. Communication was excellent all the way through. I will be having all of my services completed at Sterling McCall from this point forward and will recommend them to anyone else I know in the Ford community. Thank you Irvin, you are the man !
