As usual David N was courteous, thorough and got my Ford Explorer inspected, a check of a warranty covered issue in no time at all. While I was in the gleaming, comfy waiting area at a full desk for convenience, I got a status report by text and a Your Ford is ready not long after that! What a splendid service rep he is! He has helped me for years and I don’t know what i would do without him.

Most horrible experience I’ve ever had at dealership. Playing the same old game. Dishonest, stupid, delusional, etc. must I gone on. That fact is the dealership tried same old crap, $5000 for fees and tax? Really man. Get a grip. Too late. We bought from Ford dealership in Katy, $2200 for closing. Explain that a...hole

False Advertising
They advertised a truck at one price and then added $3,500 worth of optional items to the price that were not listed anywhere in their website. They use the lower price to get you to the dealership and then increase the price by saying it is prep costs to get the truck ready to sell. They also misinformed me on the tax credit I would get on my trade in. I would recommend staying away from this dealership of ask a lot of questions before you go there to look at a vehicle.

Airbag
I went to get my airbag changed and they had to order a new one because the one they had for my car was damaged. They called to inform me of what was going on and I picked my car up the very next day

Someone in their service department wrecked my son's car...
Someone in their service department wrecked my son's car while it was being serviced. They provided a rental car while they fixed their massive mistake. They however have not paid the bill for the rental car since October 2020. The rental company is coming after me for the money, and it is affecting my credit! I was told a month ago it would be paid and it still isn't. Worthless company, not true to their word, they shouldn't be trusted.
