Tire alignment and exhaustion service

David Nguen was most courteous, humorous, knowledgable and helpful. I appreciate how he knew about my maintenance package. Informing me of no charge when l expected to have to pay. Most grateful for that. He knew what my car needed then and in the near future. 5 stars to David, looking forward to my next service appt. With him. Would reccomend Sterling McCall Southwest to anyone l know!!

Used to new

We went in to see a certain used vehicle. It sold 30 mins before we got there. So we decided to look into the new vehicles. Had a tough time like any dealership haggling a decent price. Got a good deal for our trade in and the new vehicle. Took about 6 hrs total process but everyone buying new knows this. But left satisfied with our purchase. Just wish it would’ve moved faster but hey got a good deal.

Great Customer Service

Outstanding service. Greeted with a smile both when I dropped it off and when I picked it up. Told me it would be done in a couple of days, and was done exactly when they said it would be done. They also cleaned the inside and outside of my car. They know how to make a customer feel completely satisfied. Car is running like a champ now.

First of all, the time it takes to check your credit and get you a deal is so long. The seller promised to get me the vehicle I wanted within a week (I told him I was going to be out of town). So they run my credit and made the numbers, the seller told me he will get it when I get back. After a week, I called the seller to know about the status of the vehicle. He told me he thought I was going to be back in two weeks, and he was going to try to get it faster. When I came back, he finally told me he could not get the vehicle and offered me the option to search for another one so I gave him another option; it has been two weeks now and have not heard back from the seller. I am very disappointed about the customer service because I was the one calling all the time about the status and now I have an inquiry in my credit for nothing. Avoid this dealer, we have plenty of options in the Houston area.

This is a follow up to the last review in Feb. The problem still has not been fixed and sterling mccall ford lies and plays the blame game. I have brought my truck back 4 times for them to fix the problem and it is 1 step forward and 10 steps back. They fix one thing then break 3 others. I am tired of the lies and now I have to reach out to my extended warranty to let them know that Sterling McCall didn't do what was supposed to be done. AVOID STERLING MCCALL - at all costs. I have tried to give them multiple chances, but they are the worst service department anywhere.

Stay Away

1 star only because o stars are allowed. They might be the absolute worst dealership when it comes to service that exists, anywhere. I brought my truck in to be fixed and while it was there, I figured I would get the maps in my NAV system fixed. That started a whole sequence of events that not only caused more problems than it fixed, I had to take it in there about 5 times and they could never fix the problem without screwing something else up! They played the blame game the lied nonstop. Never delivering on what they were supposed to deliver on. I am also writing to my extended warranty that they stole from because the problems still are not fixed. This started in July of 2020. Go anywhere else by sterling mccall ford. Anywhere else.

Oil change

First and last time I go there, made an appointment for oil change and mention and abnormal sound in my steering. Melissa the service person, refuse to have the tec to take a look on it, gave me excuses that it was only one person for that and the best was to bring the car during the weekend. I mentioned that I work until five and she did not offer any type of posible solutions for my concern. Now, I can’t moved my car because the abnormal noise was a problem with the steering and it is stock.
