New tires
Very pleased with service. Just think for price of new tires vs competitions price they could have at least washed the aluminum rims after installing new tires.

Great service every time I go, Irvin is the best
Every time I go for service I leave happy, Irvin knows how take care of my car, he always advise me with the best options for my car, and he always go above and beyond, thank you for being there at this Pandemic time. I can go to any Ford dealer in Houston l, but I won’t choose any on this one.

Great customer service, I will definitely recommend this place to a friend. Clean area, service is quick, employee efficient. I was satisfied so far. I think I will go back. Very expensive but they have financial service.

SCAM, Classic Bait and switch scam
Went there yesterday 2/21/2020 after seeing a great deal online. I clicked the “schedule my test drive.” Ahmed texted me and said it was ready to look at. When I get there, they “can’t find it” but do I want to look at something else. I asked if I can get the same price on another one but they say the price is only available on the one they can’t find.
