Stereo repair

They are always friendly and they do a great job. I have never had a problem with them. I definitely would recommend them to anyone.

Don't shop at Sterling McCall

My 2016 Mustang has been at Sterling McCall Ford for a total of six days with an intermittent engine computer problem. The car is still in warranty. Today they told me they couldn't help me and instructed me to come pick up my car. I've been polite with them throughout, but firm. I've purchased three cars from them, but never again. Ford customer service is completely useless. I love my Mustang, but I'm going back to the imports. Don't shop at Sterling McCall dealerships.

Not recommended. It’s a hassle. Very unfriendly.

I don’t recommend this place. Save yourself time and headache. Their employees think they are doing you a favor by working on your vehicle. Very unhappy.

Truck Owner

Went in for regular service on my truck. As usual, service advisor Irvin Gonzales could not have done a more thorough, excellent, and timely job. After over 50 years of buying, trading, maintaining and selling cars, and involving numerous dealerships, I could not more highly recommend SMc"s service dep't.

F350 with wobbling front end

Brought my F350 in for a repair to the front end. I was leaving town and in a terrible hurry. They had my truck in and out in under 3 hours. Jose the service agent I spoke with was awesome. Got me back on the road in no time at all.
